Refunds
If the return is due to our mistake the amount of the refund will be the product cost paid plus sales tax, plus freight paid, less coupon discounts (if any).
If the returned purchase qualified for free freight by reaching our free freight policy then the cost of the freight will be deducted from the refund as long as the returned item brings the original order amount below our freight policy.
If free freight promotion was offered without any order amount minimum, then no freight charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
All refunds are credited back to credit cards unless instructed otherwise. Refunds on credit card statements will come from Doggie Walk Bags, Inc..
